About the role

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious and talented Brand Associate to join the dynamic team at Co Ban Kiat Hardware, Inc. Reporting to the Brand Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the development and execution of impactful brand marketing campaigns that drive visibility, engagement, and sales for our diverse range of hardware products. This full-time role is based in our Binondo office in Manila City, Metro Manila.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and provide feedback to all sales pillar.
  • Conduct competitive analysis comparing CBK products with competitors.

  • Research and categorize products under relevant regulatory categories (e.g. ICC, FDA, FS Mark, etc.)
  • Manage all aspects of packaging design and details to ensure brand consistency.
  • Prepare and manage buying processes to ensure timely procurement.
  • Handle product claims and warranty Issues efficiently.
  • Perform inventory analysis using the 80-20 rule to optimize stock levels.
  • Develop and monitor promotional activities to boost brand visibility and sales.
  • Maintain communication with suppliers and plan visits to ensure strong relationships.
  • Solicit support and marketing budgets from suppliers. Finalize and retrieve necessary resources.
  • Conduct store visits and market research to gather insights and improve brand strategies.
  • Plan and manage forecasting to align with market demands and trends.
  • Oversee product launches and manage all related details to ensure successful market entry.
  • Prior experience in the hardware or building materials industry is preferred but not required.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a marketing or brand management role.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of marketing or brand management experience is required.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with marketing analytics tools and software.
  • Knowledge of current market trends and consumer behavior.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
