  • Responsible for asset appraisal.
  • Handles safekeeping and inventory.
  • Conduct appraisal from Company Furniture, fixture, and other form of assets based on the requirements.
  • Prepare appraisal reports following the standard process.
  • Conduct Field work to conduct appraisal of the Vehicles.
  • Responsible for implementation of standard policies and procedures on asset appraisal.
  • Handles administrative work related to asset appraisal such as monitoring, recording, reporting, reviewing, filing, and checking of appraisal reports.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • With professional driver's license AA1, BB1, B1, B2
  • Graduate of any business-related courses.
  • With at least one (1) year of experience in clerical and administrative functions.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
