Job Title: Business Associate Trainee

Client: Boston Scientific Philippines

Location: Multiple Locations Across the Philippines (North Luzon – Pampanga or Batangas, South Luzon – Laguna, Cavite, Legazpi, Western Visayas – Iloilo, Eastern Visayas – Cebu, Mindanao – CDO or Davao)

Contract Duration: 1 Year (Project-Based, No Extension)

Number of Openings: 10

Work Setup: Field Work

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Salary: Minimum Wage

Start Date: November 1, 2025


About the Role:

Boston Scientific Philippines is looking for 10 motivated Business Associate Trainees to join their dynamic team on a 1-year project-based contract. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the medical technology industry across various locations in the Philippines.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct market research to understand trends, customer behavior, and competitor landscape
  • Perform fieldwork, interviews, and data gathering to generate actionable insights
  • Identify growth opportunities in assigned territories
  • Participate in sales calls, customer meetings, and product demonstrations
  • Manage existing customer relationships and assist in achieving sales targets
  • Support sales reporting and other related activities
  • Under supervision, help develop new markets and acquire customers

Qualifications:
  • University students graduating or recent graduates (Class of 2025)
  • Degrees in Pharmacy, Nursing, Biology, or related Life Sciences disciplines
  • Priority given to applicants based in the specified regions (no relocation offered)
  • Strong interest in sales within the medical technology field
  • Excellent communication skills, self-driven, curious, resilient, and eager to learn
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
