Collection Specialist

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 6 months of U.S. financial/banking collections experience
  • HS/SHS Graduate is acceptable (Bachelor's Degree preferred)
  • Experience in Voice Accounts is a must
  • Experience with international outbound collections
  • Background in Travel, Telco, or Financial accounts is a strong advantage
  • Strong English communication and negotiation skills
  • Willing to work on-site and on night shift / shifting schedules

Key Responsibilities:

Handle outbound and inbound calls to collect overdue accounts, follow up on payment commitments, and negotiate repayment plans in line with U.S. financial regulations. Accurately document all collection activities, meet or exceed set performance targets, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure efficient and professional account resolution and customer service.
