- Registered Nurse (RN) with active PRC license
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) Certification
- Female or Male
- BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification
- Completion of an Accredited Dialysis Training Program
- Annual Physical Examination (must be up to date)
- Hepatitis Screening and Titer Test Results
- Vaccination Record
- Experience in dialysis or critical care preferred
- erform pre-, intra-, and post-dialysis patient assessments and monitoring.
- Prepare and operate dialysis machines, ensuring all safety checks and standards are met.
- Cannulate and monitor vascular access, administer medications, and collect lab specimens.
- Document patient data accurately and report changes or incidents promptly.
- Educate patients and families about treatment, care, and health maintenance.
- Communicate effectively with physicians, nephrologists, and healthcare staff.
- Assist in patient transfers and ensure safety during transport when needed.
- Maintain medical inventory and equipment functionality.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training.
