Job Qualification:
-
Fluent English language communication skills. (if you can understand and speak Mandarin will be a plus.)

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
-
Minimum 2 years of experience in General Accounting, Bookkeeping, or Financial Reporting
-
Solid knowledge of Philippine Financial Reporting Standards and BIR compliance requirements
-
Experience in accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, bank reconciliation, and monthly closing processes
-
Month-end closing of books
-
Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements schedules (Balance Sheet and Income Statement) for submission
-
Preparation of statutory reports, e.g., mandatory submissions to the BIR, SSS, Philheath, HDMF, and other applicable regulatory agencies
-
Liaising with representatives from relevant government agencies
-
Preparation and timely submission of requirements for annual audit
-
Responding to queries from auditors in connection with submitted requirements
-
Review of draft audited financial statements prior to submission for final review
-
Annual renewal of company registration and permits
-
Processing of billings/invoices for payment and preparation of related vouchers and journal entries
-
Liaising with HMO and Insurance provider/s
-
Other tasks that may be assigned by Immediate Superior

Proficient in accounting software and MS Excel
-
High attention to detail and strong analytical and problem-solving skills
-
Ability to work independently or as part of a team
-
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism
-
Excellent in written and verbal communication skills
Job Responsibilities:

Record day-to-day financial transactions and ensure the accuracy and completeness of accounting records
-
Prepare and maintain general ledger entries, journal vouchers, and adjusting entries
-
Reconcile bank statements, accounts payable/receivable, and other balance sheet accounts
-
Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
-
Monitor and ensure compliance with BIR filing requirements (e.g., VAT, Withholding Tax, Income Tax Returns) and other government reportorial submissions
-
Support internal and external audits by preparing documentation and responding to audit queries
-
Ensure accurate and timely payroll entries, accruals, and expense reports
-
Maintain an organized filing system for financial documents and records
-
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis as needed
-
Perform other accounting-related tasks assigned by the Finance Manager or immediate supervisor
