Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Accounting Assistant located in Calabarzon, Philippines. The Accounting Assistant will be responsible for maintaining financial records, preparing financial statements, managing bookkeeping tasks, and using accounting software to track and analyze financial data. Day-to-day tasks include reconciling accounts, processing payroll, and assisting with budget preparations.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Accounting, Finance, and Bookkeeping
  • Experience with Financial Statements
  • Knowledge of Accounting Software
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
