We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounting Assistant with at least one year of accounting experience to provide support in daily financial operations. The role involves assisting with bookkeeping, reconciliations, accounts payable/receivable, and other clerical accounting tasks. This position is ideal for someone who is organized, reliable, and eager to grow in the field of accounting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in recording daily financial transactions and maintaining accurate ledgers.
  • Support accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, including invoice processing and payment tracking.
  • Prepare and reconcile bank statements and other financial records.
  • Assist with payroll processing and employee reimbursements.
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date accounting files and documentation.
  • Support the preparation of financial reports and schedules.
  • Provide clerical and administrative support to the accounting team.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant accounting or bookkeeping experience (required).
  • Familiarity with accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, SAP, or similar) preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Ability to handle confidential financial information with integrity.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php17,000.00 per month
