Job Summary:

Provides administrative and clerical support in client onboarding, query tracking, and documentation management. This role assists in maintaining service logs, preparing meeting notes, following up on client requests, and ensuring smooth coordination of internal deliverables to support effective client servicing.

Qualifications and Educational Background:

  • Bachelor's degree or relevant diploma in Business Administration, Communications, or related field
  • Entry-level or internship experience in administrative support or customer service
  • Basic knowledge of documentation, client onboarding processes, and data entry.
  • Proficient in using office productivity tools (e.g. Google Workspace, MS Office)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Good communication skills and willingness to learn client servicing procedures

Job Description:

  • Assist in client onboarding and account setup processes
