About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join TEVIANT' as the Ecommerce Lead. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for driving the company's online sales strategy and overseeing the day-to-day management of the ecommerce platform. Based in San Juan City, Metro Manila, you will play a crucial role in expanding TEVIANT''s digital presence and enhancing the customer experience.

What you'll be doing

  1. Developing and implementing the ecommerce strategy to drive online sales and increase brand visibility
  2. Managing the end-to-end ecommerce platform, including website content, product catalogues, promotions and campaigns
  3. Analysing website performance data and user behaviour to identify opportunities for optimisation and improvement
  4. Collaborating with the marketing and creative teams to create engaging and effective online content
  5. Staying up-to-date with industry trends, best practices and emerging technologies to continuously enhance the ecommerce experience
  6. Monitoring and managing the ecommerce budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation
  7. Leading and mentoring a team of ecommerce specialists to drive results

What we're looking for

  1. 5+ years of experience in ecommerce management, preferably within the trade marketing industry
  2. Proven track record of driving successful ecommerce strategies and delivering measurable results
  3. Excellent understanding of digital marketing, website optimisation, and customer experience principles
  4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
  5. Proficient in using ecommerce platforms, CMS, and analytics tools
  6. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  7. Adaptable and capable of working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
