Job Summary

We're looking for a Digital Marketing Project Manager to drive the planning, coordination, and execution of primarily digital marketing initiatives that fuel business growth. This mid-level role reports to the Manager, Marketing Operations, with a dotted line to the Sr. Director, Growth and Performance, ensuring alignment between execution and high-level strategic priorities. The ideal candidate is a digitally fluent, fast learner who thrives in dynamic environments, can pivot quickly, and is comfortable working with direction that may come with limited context. They bring strong organization and communication skills to keep projects moving and are passionate about enabling successful digital marketing outcomes through streamlined project delivery.

Qualifications & Skills


•Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.


•3–5 years of experience in project management preferably in a fast-paced, in-house or agency environment. Digital marketing experience is a plus.


•Solid understanding of digital marketing channels and campaign lifecycles, including email, paid media, social media, and web.


•Proficiency with project tracking tools (e.g., , Trello, or similar).


•Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.


•Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.


•Quick learner who thrives in changing environments and remains flexible and composed under pressure.


•Comfortable receiving and acting on direction with limited context, while knowing when to ask for clarification.
