PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

Are you passionate about optimizing processes and enhancing the employee experience through smart automation? We're looking for a Payroll Automation Specialist to join our team and help streamline payroll operations across regions. In this role, you'll play a key part in simplifying ways of working, driving innovation, and ensuring compliance with global standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE

• Design and implement improved and automated payroll processes.
• Ensure all initiatives align with the company's IT, privacy, and compliance standards.
• Drive standardization and harmonization of processes across countries and regions.
• Leverage and expand your expertise in tools like Alteryx, UiPath, Power Automate, and Power Apps.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to payroll teams, identifying automation opportunities and delivering process improvements focused on efficiency, effectiveness, and employee experience (the 3 E's).
• Collaborate with global and regional teams, including the automation team, global payroll, IA Team, and local payroll colleagues to ensure successful rollout and adoption of solutions.
• Coordinate with the Automation Lead to manage project timelines and resource planning.

DESIRED EXPERIENCE AND REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's level degree or equivalent is required.
• Experience in process improvement and automation projects. Experience in payroll operations is nice to have, but not required.
• Experience with automation platforms. Should have experience either on Alteryx or PowerPlatform (PowerAutomate and PowerApps). PowerBI and UIPath is not required but nice to have.
• Strong analytical mindset and a proactive, solution-oriented attitude.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Work Setup: Hybrid (2x onsite work weekly in Paranaque)

Work Schedule: Mid-shift (3PM-12MN). Can also consider morning shift (9AM-6PM).
