Job Overview:

We're looking for a highly skilled
Automation Specialist
to support global finance operations. This role is part of a major
Automation and Innovation initiative
, aimed at standardizing and streamlining existing reports and dashboards for Compensation & Benefits Accounting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement automated tools using Power Platform (Power Apps, Power BI), RPA uipath, ServiceNow, or other Automation tools
  • Build intuitive dashboards for real-time operational insights
  • Enhance existing automation tools and support continuous improvement efforts
  • Provide exception handling and technical support for system errors encountered by the team

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Computer Engineering, or related field
  • 2–3 years of relevant work experience, ideally in a shared services or BPO setup
  • Basic understanding of finance and accounting processes
  • Strong background in automation development and deployment
  • Proficiency in Power BI and Power Apps
  • Experience with macros and VBA scripting
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow is a plus

  • Hybrid Arrangement (2-3x Work onsite per week)
  • Location is in Paranaque (Client has a relocation plan by 2026 to BGC Taguig so Candidates must be available to report in the said location)
  • The client prefers candidates who can start ASAP or 15 days upon selection

    Project Based ( 6 months initially – Subject for extension and renewal)
