  • Prepare and manage cost estimates and project budgets
  • Measure and verify quantities on-site based on drawings and actual progress
  • Prepare and update Bills of Quantities (BOQ)
  • Assist in tendering, contract evaluation, and procurement
  • Coordinate with engineers, site supervisors, and subcontractors
  • Monitor and control project costs and track variations
  • Ensure accurate documentation and reports of site activities and cost changes
  • Support project closeout, including final accounts and as-built BOQ

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field

- At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in site-based QS roles

- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and cost control procedures

- Familiarity with FIDIC, local codes, and Philippine construction regulations

- Proficient in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and QS software (e.g., CostX, Bluebeam, or equivalent)

- Willing to be assigned to project sites in Makati, Makapal, and Pasig

- Can Start ASAP

Preferred Qualifications

- Licensed Civil Engineer

- Experience in mid-rise or high-rise commercial/residential projects

- Excellent analytical, organizational, and negotiation skills.

Pay: Php20, Php35,000.00 per month
