We're Hiring: Engineering Manager

We are looking for a seasoned Engineering Manager with a strong technical background and leadership skills to drive our engineering team towards success. What You'll Do:
Lead and mentor a team of engineers to achieve project goals.
Oversee the design, development, and implementation of engineering projects.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align engineering efforts with business objectives.
Analyze project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Ensure adherence to industry standards and best practices in engineering processes.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the engineering team.

What Were Looking For:
Minimum of 10 years of experience in engineering management or related field.
Proven track record of successful project delivery within deadlines.
Strong problem-solving skills and technical expertise in relevant technologies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to lead diverse teams.
