Essential Job Functions

  • Support data analysis for operational decision-making
  • Assist in the implementation of operational strategies and initiatives
  • Collaborate with teams to identify and address operational challenges
  • Generate and maintain basic reports on operational performance
  • Contribute to resource allocation and budget tracking
  • Make data-informed suggestions for process improvement
  • Participate in departmental goal setting and planning
  • Develop foundational knowledge in specific operational areas

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Typically, 3+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 1 year in a similar role
  • Proven experience in Sales and Sales Enablement
  • Proficiencies in data analysis and reporting
  • A continuous learner that stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology
