Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Team Members to join our dynamic team at Llaollao. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service, prepare and serve delicious frozen yogurt, and help maintain a clean and inviting store environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide friendly and efficient service to all customers.
  • Prepare and serve frozen yogurt and toppings according to Llaollao standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store and equipment.
  • Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies.
  • Address customer questions and concerns to ensure a positive experience.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet operational goals and uphold high service quality.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in customer service or food service is a plus, but not required.
  • Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
  • Passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php17, Php18,070.00 per month
