Minimum five (5) years of Experience in General Engineering Design, Construction Supervision (PMC or IC) and FS.

Experience in the Railway Industry, as well as Roads, Airports, or Ports, is an advantage.

Bachelor's Degree in an Engineering-related field required; possession of Professional License or License/Board Passer (RA1080) is an advantage.

Willing to be assigned to Project Sites.

Proficiency in oral and written communication.

Prepare detailed cost estimates and quantify all materials, labor, equipment, and services required for the railway construction, developing a Bill of Quantities (BoQ) for tendering.

Review detailed engineering design drawings and technical specifications to ensure accurate costing and quantity take-offs.

Assess market factors, trends, and prevailing rates to accurately reflect costs, including contingencies and the impact of market changes on project budgets.

Prepare cash flow forecasts for the project to manage financial planning and ensure adequate funds are available.

Prepare tender and contract documents, including specifications and conditions of contract.
