Tendering and Procurement: Assists in the preparation of Bills of Quantities (BOQ), tender documents, and technical specifications. Evaluates contractor bids and recommends awards based on cost and technical compliance.

Cost Control and Monitoring: Tracks project expenditures, monitors variations, and prepares cost reports to ensure alignment with approved budgets and change control procedures.

Valuation and Progress Certification: Evaluates contractor progress claims, variations, and final accounts, ensuring proper documentation and justification for payment certification.

Value Engineering: Participates in value analysis workshops and proposes cost-saving measures without compromising safety, quality, or operational functionality of airport infrastructure

Coordination and Communication: Collaborates closely with architects, engineers, and construction teams to provide cost-related insights during design and construction stages.

Reporting and Documentation: Maintains organized records of cost data, contract documents, and financial correspondence, Prepares periodic cost and progress reports for project stakeholders and management.

Compliance and Standards: Ensures that all cost management activities comply with local regulations, aviation authority standards, and airport operational requirements.
