About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Area Manager to join our team at Paramount Human Resource Multi-Purpose Cooperative' and lead our Xiaomi operations in the South Luzon region. As the Area Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales, overseeing store operations, and ensuring exceptional customer service across multiple Xiaomi retail stores in the region. This is a full-time position based in Calamba City, Laguna.

What you'll be doing

  • Manage and coordinate the operations of multiple Xiaomi retail stores in the South Luzon region
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets
  • Monitor and ensure exceptional in-store customer experience and service
  • Oversee the recruitment, training, and performance management of store staff
  • Analyse sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Collaborate with the regional and national teams to align on strategic priorities and initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

What we're looking for

  • With experience in retail management, preferably in the consumer electronics or mobile device industry
  • Demonstrated success in leading and motivating teams to achieve sales and operational targets
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with customers, team members, and stakeholders
  • Familiarity with the South Luzon market and the competitive landscape in the consumer electronics sector
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and experience in using retail management software
