About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join Paramount Human Resource Multi-purpose Cooperative' as a City Manager Xiaomi (Roving). In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the operations of Xiaomi stores within the Calamba City Laguna area. You will work closely with the regional team to drive sales, maintain excellent customer service, and ensure the successful implementation of Xiaomi's retail strategy.

What you'll be doing

  1. Manage the day-to-day operations of multiple Xiaomi stores in the Calamba City Laguna area, ensuring they meet or exceed sales targets and customer service standards
  2. Oversee and coordinate the work of store managers and sales associates, providing guidance, training, and support as needed
  3. Develop and implement strategies to drive sales, improve store performance, and enhance the customer experience
  4. Monitor inventory levels, product availability, and merchandising to optimize store operations
  5. Collaborate with the regional team to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities
  6. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal/regulatory requirements
  7. Provide regular reporting and analysis on store performance, and recommend improvements

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum of 1 years of experience in a retail management or city manager role, preferably within the consumer electronics or technology industry
  2. Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  3. Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities
  4. Proven track record of driving sales, improving store performance, and implementing successful retail strategies
  5. Familiarity with inventory management, merchandising, and operational best practices
  6. Strong analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
  7. Willingness to travel within the designated city/region as required
