ROW MANAGER

Job Description

• Oversees the acquisition of land and permissions for a project, which includes managing the ROW team, conducting surveys, collecting documents, facilitating negotiations, and tracking progress
• Key responsibilities involve community relations, ensuring compliance with policies, managing budgets, and liaising with government agencies
• Supervise and guide the ROW team in day-to-day tasks related to right-of-way acquisition.
• Oversee parcellary surveys, document collection, and research to ensure proper land documentation and track the acquisition progress.
• Expedite negotiations and sales of affected lots, facilitating the settlement of land and improvement damages, and initiating expropriation cases when necessary.
• Conduct community relations work, hold general assemblies and dialogues, and act as a liaison between the project, government agencies, and stakeholders.
• Ensure all ROW activities conform to corporate policies, standards, and relevant regulations, and prepare reports on activities and progress.

Basic Requirement:

• Bachelor's Degree Holder
• At least three (3) years of relevant work experience in Right of Way (ROW) or permitting
• Familiar with OSP work in PLDT project
• In-depth knowledge of Philippine laws and procedures related to land acquisition and ROW processes, including familiarity with barangays and local government units (LGUs)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Experience in preparing, reviewing, and managing ROW documents like deeds of sale, land titles, and permits
• Project-based
• Willing to work from Mondays to Saturdays
• Can start as soon as possible
• Work Base: South Luzon Area
• Willing to do business travel within South Luzon Area

Job Type: Fixed term

Contract length: 24 months

Pay: Php35, Php45,000.00 per month
