  • Manages account, client and members/employees welfare.
  • Supports on various HR function-recruitment, employee's development, performance monitoring, coaching and support.

  • Monitoring of members/employees attendance.
  • Facilitate training, seminars that could help both member/employee and the client to improve and develop working standards.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience in People Handling - minimum 100 persons.
  • MALE only.
  • Experience in field operations or project coordination is a plus, specifically in South Luzon area.
  • Excel/Word expertise is a plus.
  • Knowledge in basic HR policy.
