Join Our Team as an Admin & HR Assistant
Neutron Construction & Marketing Corporation is excited to be looking for a talented and organized Admin /HR Assistant to join our vibrant team in our Cubao, Quezon City office. This full-time position offers a fantastic opportunity to provide essential support to our growing mining and trading operations.
What You'll Be DoingYou'll play a crucial role in supporting our daily operations through a variety of tasks, including:

Providing comprehensive administrative support with core human resources functions, including maintenance of employee records and the preparation of payroll.

Answering phone calls, managing emails, handling correspondence, and taking messages.
-
Excellent in filing & records both physical and electronic systems and can type with speed of at least 45 wpm.
-
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Assisting with bookkeeping, expense reporting, or budget tracking
-
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively.
-
Any other task that may be assigned.
We're searching for a proactive individual with:

Experience in an administrative or HR assistant role, ideally within a fast-paced corporate environment.

Exceptional communication skills, both written and interpersonal, enabling you to effectively interact with all levels of the organization.

Knowledge of office procedures and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities work effectively.

Strong organizational skills, excellent communication skills (written and verbal), proficiency in computer software (e.g., Microsoft Office), and attention to detail are essential.

Adaptability and a genuine eagerness to learn new skills and technologies.

A positive attitude and a collaborative approach to problem-solving.

The ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

A willingness to travel occasionally for tasks such as auditing and banking transactions.

Knowledgeable in working with business permits, BIR, Philhealth, Pag-ibig, SSS is an advantage.
