Job Title: Project Manager - Telecom Equipment in Construction

Position Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and completion of telecom equipment installation projects within the construction sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, telecom equipment, and construction processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all phases of telecom equipment installation projects, from initial planning to project completion.
  • Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure timely and efficient project delivery.
  • Develop project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
  • Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders.
  • Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, and change orders.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in the telecom or construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of telecom equipment and installation processes.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.
  • Ability to travel to project sites as needed.
