Job Description:

We are looking for a highly experienced Site Acquisition & Permitting Technical Expert (SAQ TE) to support the Globe FTK Project in NCR. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end site acquisition process, handling lease negotiations, and coordinating permitting with LGUs to ensure smooth project execution.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify, research, and negotiate lease agreements with property owners/lessors
  • Prepare and manage permit applications and engage with LGUs for fast-track approvals
  • Verify property ownership documents and ensure legal compliance
  • Lead negotiations with landowners and gather all documentation for lease contracts
  • Provide technical support and troubleshoot on-site SAQ challenges
  • Monitor and report progress on SAQ and permitting activities
  • Manage daily tasks to ensure timely project milestones
  • Plan, forecast, and execute achievable project timelines

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in end-to-end SAQ and permitting (FTK preferred)
  • Experience working with Globe Telecom SAQ processes is a plus
  • Strong knowledge of property documentation, contracts, and LGU permitting processes
  • Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of on-site troubleshooting
  • Willing to work in field-based roles within NCR
