Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and procure materials, tools, and equipment for construction and manufacturing projects.
  • Negotiate with suppliers to secure favorable pricing, terms, and delivery schedules.
  • Ensure compliance with ISO standards and company purchasing policies.
  • Maintain and develop relationships with vendors and suppliers.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate timely restocking.
  • Prepare and manage purchase orders, contracts, and documentation.
  • Collaborate with project teams to meet material requirements and deadlines.
  • Handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

  • College Graduate
  • 1 year experience
  • Proven experience in purchasing, preferably in the construction industry and with ISO compliance.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage tight deadlines.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems or procurement software is a plus.
  • Knowledge of materials and equipment commonly used in construction projects.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php16, Php19,000.00 per month
