Compliance Manager

Based in Angeles, Pampanga | Australian Real Estate Client

We are looking for a Compliance Manager to support our Australian client in the real estate industry. This role ensures safety, risk, and compliance requirements are met across commercial properties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure processes align with the company's QHSE and WHS systems
  • Manage contractor compliance, documentation, permits, and high-risk checklists
  • Review incident reports, track notifiable incidents, and liaise with Safework NSW
  • Monitor contractor inductions, insurances, and performance reviews
  • Support AFSS submission, fire order resolution, and WHS audits
  • Keep documentation up to date with legislation, codes of practice, and Australian Standards
  • Maintain the myBuildings system including compliance tracking and document library
  • Review site inspections, manage risk assessments, and support external audit readiness

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of Australian WHS laws, regulations, and codes of practice
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
  • Experience in contractor compliance, risk assessment, and safety documentation
  • Familiarity with myBuildings or similar WHS/compliance platforms
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple sites and tasks
  • Confident in reviewing technical documents and liaising with various stakeholders
  • Able to keep records and systems updated in line with legislative changes
