Role Overview:The FP&A Manager is responsible for leading the organization's financial budgeting, forecasting, and planning processes. This role ensures the effective use of financial data to support strategic decision-making. It involves partnering with various departments, providing accurate and timely financial reports, and implementing efficient budgeting systems that align with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:Budget DevelopmentCollaborate with department heads to gather financial data. Analyze historical trends and market conditions to set realistic targets. Prepare and present budget proposals aligned with company strategy.

Ensure compliance with financial policies and alignment with organizational objectives. Budget ImplementationDevelop and enforce budgeting policies, procedures, and timelines. Coordinate and validate inputs from departments to ensure completeness and accuracy.

Review budget requests for compliance and make allocation recommendations.Budget Monitoring and AnalysisMonitor budget performance and investigate variances. Conduct regular financial reviews to identify areas for improvement. Provide insightful financial reports to management and suggest corrective actions as needed.

Financial ForecastingCreate forecasts based on financial data, market insights, and business trends. Conduct sensitivity analysis and scenario planning. Identify financial risks and opportunities, and propose mitigation strategies.

Present forecasts and recommendations to stakeholders. Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree preferred). CPA certification is a strong advantage.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in FP&A or a similar leadership role. Strong knowledge of financial principles, reporting, and budgeting processes. Proficiency in MS Office, ERP systems (e.g., SAP, NetSuite), POS, and finance automation tools.

Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing finance-related projects. Familiarity with regulatory compliance, tax, and local financial standards. Location: Kalayaan, MakatiSetup: Onsite
