About the job Financial Planning and Analysis Analyst

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in planning and analysis activities across both the head office function and also a Group level looking across all businesses. Core responsibilities include business partnering and performance analysis, supporting the annual planning process and monthly management reporting. This is a high profile role which will interact with senior management teams within the head office and with colleagues in the subsidiary finance teams.

  • Partner with stakeholders across the head office to understand budget variances and trends. Support stakeholders in their understanding of finance priorities to ensure risks and opportunities in the delivery of their budget are well managed
  • Assist with monthly management reporting including attending financial review meetings and the preparation of the management packs including associated commentary
  • Support budgeting, forecasting and long-term planning processes
  • Support the maintenance of Oracle Planning and the collection and review of reporting from the subsidiary finance teams
  • Assist with preparation of analysis to support invoicing of central services to institutions
  • Support the collection and analysis of data as required to support the FP&A team activities
  • Continuously develop and improve existing processes
  • Ad-hoc analysis and projects as required

To be considered for the position,

  • 7 demonstrated experience of working in the FP&A function for a large international organization
  • Exceptional analytical skills and strong commercial acumen.
  • Highly organized, with the ability to take the initiative and prioritise work to meet deadlines; takes responsibility for tasks and their delivery.
  • Effective and proactive communicator with the ability to build relationships across the business.
  • Track record of delivery against tight timeframes in a fast-paced environment
  • Skilled at managing large, complex data sets.
  • Enthusiastic, ambitious, and a natural team player.

Work Arrangement

  • This is onsite work until favorable 3rd month performance review is met. It will transition to hybrid, 2x a month afterwards.
  • Work Schedule: 8AM UK time or 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM, weekends off
  • Work Location: Robinsons Zeta Tower, Ugong Norte, Quezon City. Area is beside Opus Mall and is accessible from Ortigas CBD, Eastwood, C5 Road, and Rizal areas.
