A glimpse into your new role:

  • Record and reconcile financial transactions across multiple entities.
  • Maintain accurate ledgers and prepare financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow).
  • Process accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing and payment tracking.
  • Assist with payroll processing and ensure payroll accuracy.
  • Utilize QuickBooks and Excel for data entry, reporting, and record-keeping.
  • Ensure compliance with GAAP and company reporting standards.

You'll be a great fit if you have:

  • A degree in Accounting or a related field (preferred).
  • At least 3 years of bookkeeping experience, including AP/AR, general ledger, and payroll.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English (written and verbal).
