Job Description:

We are seeking a Non-Voice Associate with at least 6 months of experience in Healthcare Order Management to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing, reviewing, and managing healthcare-related orders with accuracy and efficiency, ensuring compliance with client and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and validate healthcare orders accurately within the system.
  • Review patient and order information for completeness and correctness.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve order discrepancies or missing details.
  • Track order status and ensure timely fulfillment.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of all transactions and communications.
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA and other healthcare data privacy regulations.
  • Meet daily productivity and quality standards in a non-voice environment.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 6 months of experience in Healthcare Order Management (Non-Voice process) within a BPO or RCM setup.
  • Strong analytical and data entry skills with high accuracy.
  • Knowledge of healthcare documentation, order workflows, and EHR/EMR systems.
  • Excellent written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Basic proficiency in MS Office and other related tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
