Order Processor CGM

The Patient Intake & Sales Representative plays a critical role in onboarding new patients and

facilitating their enrollment into medical supply programs, including CGM and ancillary product lines.

This role combines customer service excellence with sales acumen, ensuring patients receive the

right products while maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

 Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist patients with initial orders and product inquiries.

• Enroll patients into appropriate medical supply programs based on their needs and eligibility.
• Maintain high call volume (50+ calls/day) and manage 100+ patient accounts monthly.
• Accurately collect and verify patient demographics and account information.
• Educate patients on product features, benefits, and usage.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and departmental KPIs.
• Collaborate with internal departments and physician support teams to confirm order eligibility.
• Maintain detailed and accurate notes in CRM systems.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, Medicare guidelines, and internal policies.
• Provide support via alternative communication channels (email, chat, click-to-call).
• Attend team meetings and contribute to process improvements.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required; college coursework preferred.
• 2–3 years of experience in US healthcare, preferably in patient intake or medical sales.
• Familiarity with Brightree tools is greatly preferred.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Comfortable working with culturally diverse teams and clients.
• Strong mathematical skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
