Administrative Support
What you'll be doing

  • Assist the Clinic Manager in day-to-day administrative tasks.
  • Maintain and organize clinic records, reports, and documentation.
  • Prepare and manage office correspondence, memos, and reports.

Patient Coordination

  • Greet and assist patients, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Schedule and confirm patient appointments.
  • Maintain patient records and ensure data confidentiality.
  • Assist in processing patient inquiries, requests, and complaints.

Operational Support

  • Assist with inventory management of medical and office supplies.
  • Coordinate with medical staff for smooth clinic operations.
  • Support billing, collection, and other administrative processes.
  • Ensure the clinic environment is organized and compliant with standards.

Communication & Coordination

  • Act as a point of contact between clinic staff, patients, and management.
  • Communicate schedules, notices, and updates to relevant personnel.

Other Duties

  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documentation as needed.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the Clinic Manager.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field preferred.
  • At least 12 years of experience in a medical or administrative setting.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer applications.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Customer service-oriented and detail-focused.
