The Opportunity
Synlink Recruitment Outsourcing Company is seeking a talented and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Airline Account Representative in Muntinlupa City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time role that offers an excellent salary package of up to 27,000 per month.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat
- Efficiently handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow up on outstanding issues
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer service processes and procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and problem resolution
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and quality standards
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center role, preferably in the airline industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Proficient in using computer systems and software applications
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and a positive attitude
