  • They organize and update bookings in reservation systems
  • Reservation officers may be responsible for taking payments or deposits and ensuring accurate record-keeping.
  • They often use sales skills to maximize bookings and promote upgrades or additional services.
  • Handling correspondence such as confirmation letters, cancellation notices, and responding timely to inquiries.
  • Updating customer information to help personalize services in the future.
  • Conducting checks on reservation accuracy and generating reports to monitor bookings and occupancy trends.
