JOB OPPORTUNITIES FOR ELECTRICAL, ELECTRONICS AND MECHANICAL ENGINEERS

HGG Profiling Specialists Philippines, Inc., a subsidiary of Netherlands-based HGG Profiling Equipment B.V., specializes in innovative CNC pipe-cutting solutions and has led the industry globally for over 30 years. We are currently expanding our dynamic team in Bajada, Davao City, and seek qualified professionals for the following positions:

CUSTOMER SUPPORT ENGINEER

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as primary contact for troubleshooting machine issues post-installation.
  • Diagnose, analyze, and resolve machine problems via communication channels.
  • Log customer interactions accurately in CRM; collaborate with Service Engineers for technical support.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering (PRC License preferred).
  • Experience in Technical Service Coordination or call center support.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and multitasking abilities.

ELECTRONICS DESIGN ENGINEER

Responsibilities:

  • Design, inspect, and update electronic systems and software for industrial applications.
  • Prepare technical documentation, BOMs, and collaborate with global teams.
  • Evaluate and recommend improvements for efficiency and safety.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering (PRC License preferred).
  • Proven experience in manufacturing environments.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and team collaboration skills.

INTERNATIONAL SERVICE ENGINEER

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee installation, commissioning, and maintenance of HGG machines globally.
  • Conduct training, ensure machine acceptance, and provide customer support.
  • Communicate between local teams and Netherlands HQ during projects.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering (PRC License preferred).
  • Experience in mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, CNC systems maintenance.
  • Willingness for international travel; excellent analytical and decision-making skills.

ASSEMBLY ENGINEER

Responsibilities:

  • Interpret schematics and engineering drawings for efficient assembly.
  • Maintain tool accountability, perform quality checks, and uphold safety standards.
  • Work independently and collaboratively within manufacturing guidelines.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering (PRC License preferred).
  • Skilled in electrical schematics, power/hand tools, and safety protocols.
  • Proactive, assertive, and highly motivated to grow within the organization.

MECHANICAL DESIGN ENGINEER

Responsibilities:

  • Design mechanical systems, assemblies, and components.
  • Prepare detailed CAD drawings, layouts, and Bills of Materials (BOM).
  • Evaluate materials and manufacturing processes for cost and quality.

Qualifications:

  • BS in Mechanical Engineering (PRC license preferred).
  • 3–5 years of mechanical design experience.
  • Proficient in CAD tools (Inventor/Solidworks).
