A Product Researcher identifies market opportunities and analyzes data to improve existing products and develop new ones by studying customer needs, industry trends, and competitor strategies. Key responsibilities include designing and conducting user research, analyzing user feedback, evaluating product performance, collaborating with product development teams, and presenting actionable insights to guide product strategy. Qualifications:

  • Conduct deep dives into market conditions, competitor strategies, and industry trends to identify gaps and opportunities for product innovation.
  • Design and execute user interviews, surveys, and usability tests to understand customer needs and gather product feedback.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various sources to evaluate product performance, generate reports, and synthesize findings.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to product managers, designers, and engineers to inform product development and strategy.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to align research goals with business objectives and address specific user or market challenges.
  • For product sourcing roles, search for, analyze, and evaluate online suppliers and their product categories to find profitable items.
  • Stay current on industry trends and continuously refine research methodologies to enhance the team's knowledge base.
  • A BSBA in Marketing Management includes subjects such as Consumer Behavior, Marketing Management, Marketing Research, Digital Marketing, Brand Management, Sales and Retail Management, and Strategic Marketing Management.

Key Skills:

  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
  • Proficiency in various research methodologies, such as user interviews and surveys.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey findings to stakeholders.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of market analysis, trend forecasting, and competitive research.

Common Tasks:

  • Creating spreadsheets or reports with research data.
  • Using tools like Google Docs and Sheets for data collection and analysis.
  • Conducting keyword research and analyzing competitor strategies for e-commerce roles.
  • Proposing improvements to existing products based on customer feedback.
  • Generating innovative product concepts.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php15, Php18,000.00 per month
