Remark Steel Structure Corporation is looking for a dedicated and skilled Site Engineer to join our team. If you're a proactive problem-solver with a strong background in steel construction, we want to hear from you.

As a Site Engineer, you will be crucial to our project's success, overseeing the safe and efficient erection of steel structures and ensuring all work meets our high-quality standards. This is a great opportunity for a hands-on professional who thrives in a dynamic construction environment.

Job Description
  • Supervise the erection and installation of steel structures.
  • Oversee the unloading and proper handling of all materials delivered to the site.
  • Manage erection crews, welders, and rigging teams, while coordinating effectively with contractors and clients.
  • Monitor and enforce safety compliance and proper lifting operations.
  • Ensure quality control for all welding, bolting, and structural connections, making sure they comply with design specifications.
  • Track construction progress and provide regular reports to the Site Manager/Project Manager.
  • Coordinate with QA/QC teams and consultants for inspections, testing, and project acceptance.
  • Identify and resolve any technical issues that arise on site.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Occupational Safety, or a related field.
  • Certified BOSH/COSH graduate (Safety Officer 2 or higher is preferred).
  • At least 2 years of experience as a Site Engineer or in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, technical standards, and safety regulations.
  • Excellent communication, observation, and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools for documentation and reporting.

Work Conditions:

  • Must have high visual and situational awareness.
  • Must be physically fit and able to conduct field inspections in various site conditions.
  • Willing to be assigned to various project sites across the Philippines and be amenable to relocation.
  • Able to work under pressure and long hours when needed.
