Job Summary:

  • 3-5 Years previous experience preferred as pastry chef.
  • Strong Pastry foundation knowledge with excellent skills.
  • Ability to prepare universal pastry items and desserts.
  • Ability to work with Fondants especially wedding cakes.
  • Ability to do basic cake design depending on clients Requirements.
  • Know how to prepare mixes and stocks of fondants and gum paste.
  • Strong decision making and problem solving.
  • Food Safety and Sanitation knowledge required
