About the role

We are seeking a driven and go getter Sales Executive (Business to Business) to join our talented team at CBRE GWS IFM PHILS. CORP.'. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and expanding our client portfolio in the Cebu City, Cebu region. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the strategic growth and success of our company.

What you'll be doing

  1. Prospecting and identifying new potential clients through various channels
  2. Conducting market research to uncover sales leads and opportunities
  3. Preparing and delivering compelling sales presentations to potential clients
  4. Negotiating and closing new deals to meet or exceed sales targets
  5. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure their ongoing satisfaction
  6. Providing excellent customer service and support to your clients
  7. Collaborating with the wider sales and marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies

What we're looking for

  1. Proven track record of success in a sales or business development role, preferably in the B2B sector
  2. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to persuasively articulate the value of our services
  3. Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to build trust and establish long-term relationships with clients
  4. Proactive and self-motivated, with the drive to exceed sales targets
  5. Solid understanding of the local market and industry trends
  6. Excellent organisational and time management skills
  7. Proficiency in using sales and customer relationship management (CRM) software
