The Accreditation Officer is responsible not only for managing the full client accreditation process but also for handling a wide range of administrative formalities related to clients and office operations (excluding employee-related matters). This is an administrative–operational position focused on documentation, processes, and compliance, supporting the Operations Manager and Key Account Manager in managing contracts and ensuring proper office procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client accreditation process: collecting, verifying, and archiving forms and documents; maintaining client files.
  • Accreditation system management: submitting applications, monitoring statuses, updating data and documentation.
  • Preparing job descriptions based on information from the KAM and client files, and forwarding them to the Operations Manager .
  • Compiling key information sets for the Operational Manager and recruitment team (without direct contact with candidates and without posting job ads).
  • Administrative and client-related formalities:
  • accreditation of new job orders,
  • researching procedures required for contract execution in new countries (online research, contact with authorities),
  • ensuring completeness of client and office documentation,
  • updating information on required documents and forms (in cooperation with Mirna and Dexter).
  • Updating templates and forms related to client accreditation and compliance, in line with legal or procedural changes together with General Manager/ Operations Manager.
  • Maintaining accreditation binders and archives, transferring expired accreditations to the appropriate files.

Monitoring accreditation expiry dates, managing re-accreditation processes, and setting reminders in the calendar.

  • Loyal, reliable, and discreet.
  • Previous administrative experience, knowledge of office procedures, and established contacts with government offices are an advantage.
