Responsibilities:

  • Monitor day to day site operations to ensure compliance with safety standards, policies, and legal requirements.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments, identifying hazards and recommending corrective actions.
  • Ensure proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) by all workers.
  • Enforce adherence to local labor laws, building codes, and occupational safety regulations.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate safety reports, accident/incident reports, and inspection checklists.
  • Assist in obtaining and renewing necessary safety permits and certifications.
  • Conduct toolbox meetings, safety orientations, and training sessions for workers and subcontractors.
  • Promote safety awareness and encourage proactive hazard reporting among workers.
  • Work closely with project managers, engineers, and foremen to integrate safety into all project activities.
  • Liaise with government agencies, inspectors, and auditors on safety compliance matters.

Qualifications:

  • Atleast High School Graduate.
  • Must possess BOSH Certificate with DOLE Accredited training provider
  • Must possess COSH Certificate with DOLE Accredited training provider.
  • 1-2 years experience as Safety Officer is an advantage.
  • Willing to start immediately.
  • Willing to be assigned in RCBC Yuchengco Tower, Makati.
  • Willing to report Night Shift when needed.
