
Administrative Leasing Assistant

As an Administrative Leasing Assistant, your role revolves around supporting the Property Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations and maintenance of various properties.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing the daily operations of assigned properties, including maintenance requests, tenant inquiries, and lease agreements.
- Coordinate with maintenance staff and contractors to ensure timely resolution of maintenance issues and repairs.
- Assist in addressing tenant concerns, inquiries, and requests in a prompt and professional manner.
- Assist with the leasing process, including showing available units, screening prospective tenants, and preparing lease agreements.
- Track rental payments, process invoices, and reconcile accounts receivable and payable.
- Maintain accurate records of property-related documents, including leases, inspection reports, and maintenance records.
Skills and Qualifications:
Organizational Skills: Meticulous attention to detail and ability to maintain orderly records, schedules, and documentation.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact professionally with tenants, vendors, and colleagues.
Customer Service Orientation: Dedication to providing exceptional service to tenants and addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
Knowledge of Property Management Software: Proficiency in using property management software for tasks such as lease management, rent collection, and reporting.
Team Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively with property management team members, maintenance staff, and external stakeholders.
Adaptability: Capacity to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
