Job Summary:

We are looking for a reliable and safety-oriented Truck Driver to transport gas products from depot to client locations. The role requires strict adherence to safety protocols, traffic regulations, and company standards, while ensuring timely deliveries and proper vehicle maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Comply with depot and company safety protocols for product pickup and delivery.
  • Transport fuel or LPG products safely and on time from the depot to various client sites.
  • Coordinate with the Retail Operations Department regarding service requests and delivery details.
  • Adjust travel routes and schedules to avoid traffic and ensure on-time delivery.
  • Conduct pre-departure and post-arrival vehicle checks to ensure operational safety.
  • Monitor the roadworthiness of the assigned vehicle by checking:
  • Engine oil
  • Water/Coolant
  • Brake and transmission fluid
  • Tire condition and pressure
  • Battery health
  • Power steering and washer fluids
  • Report any accidents, injuries, or vehicle damages immediately through an incident report.
  • Log all trips including:
  • Destination
  • Odometer readings
  • Time out/in
  • Materials picked up or delivered
  • Schedule and trigger preventive maintenance and repair services as needed.
  • Maintain a vehicle logbook and file all related maintenance receipts.
  • Keep the vehicle clean and presentable, performing regular washing and interior cleaning.
  • Ensure allemergency tools and equipment (EWD, jack, wrench, spare tire, etc.) are present and in working condition.
  • Use navigation and tracking applications (e.g. Waze, Google Maps, Life360, GPS) for efficient route planning.
  • Strictly adhere to traffic rules and regulations.
  • Assist in monitoring the condition of other company vehicles when necessary.
  • Perform liaison tasks when there are no driving assignments.
  • Carry out other duties as may be assigned from time to time.

Job Requirements:

  • At least High School Graduate or Vocational Course
  • Valid license with restriction codes A, A1, B, B1, B2,C, D
  • Able to drive 4-wheel vehicles such as LPG cage trucks or lorries
  • Familiar with routes in nearby provinces
  • Physically fit, trustworthy, and with unquestionable integrity
  • Willing to undergo company-provided training
  • Available to work extended hours, weekends, and holidays
  • Open to on-call work arrangements
