Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full accounting cycle, including journal entries, general ledger, and financial statements.
  • Track and report income and expenses per property
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports for internal review and property owners.
  • Handle bank reconciliations, tenant deposits, trust accounts, and vendor payments.
  • Ensure compliance with BIR regulations and oversee timely filing of taxes (VAT, income tax, withholding tax).
  • Monitor accounts receivable and payable, and oversee tenant billing and collection processes.
  • Assist with budget preparation, forecasting, and financial analysis for property projects.
  • Coordinate with auditors and external partners as needed.
  • Maintain proper documentation of lease contracts, tax documents, and other financial records.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or related field;
  • At least 3+ years of experience in accounting, preferably in the property or real estate sector.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Xero) and Microsoft Excel.
  • Knowledge of property-related tax rules and financial reporting standards.
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple properties/accounts.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php35, Php40,000.00 per month
