As our new Banquet Captain Waiter, you'll take the lead in creating seamless and memorable dining experiences for every guest — from intimate gatherings to large-scale corporate banquets. A little taste of your day-to-day:

Every day brings something new, but you'll mostly be:

  • Coordinating with the F&B Operations Manager, Kitchen, and Events teams to deliver flawless functions
  • Ensuring food and beverage service standards are consistently met and exceeded
  • Providing guests with warm, attentive, and personalized service at all times
  • Setting up banquet rooms according to event orders, ensuring accuracy in layout and presentation
  • Handling on-the-spot event challenges with professionalism and quick thinking
  • Training and guiding new banquet team members to uphold brand service standards

What we need from you:

  • At least 2–3 years of experience in banquet service or a similar hospitality role
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to coordinate a team in a dynamic environment
  • Excellent communication and guest interaction skills
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to anticipate guest needs
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and event-heavy days
  • Knowledge of banquet setup standards and service procedures
  • Must speak local language
  • Certifications or permits required by local government agencies
