  • Civil Engineering graduate or any related field;

  • minimum of 5 years related experience as Project Manager in Facade/ Glass and Aluminum Industry.

  • Responsible for the project management and organization, implementation and completion of all projects.

  • Maintain a mutually respectable relationship with our client's personnel to ensure harmonious and ongoing relations between our companies.

  • Check the "For Construction Drawings" from the client if applicable against the bid drawings to establish if any change in scope of works has been implemented.

  • Check the project costing files to ensure you are aware of what has been priced and included in our contracted scope of works.

  • Establish and prepare a program in line with the construction program to enable correct scheduling of our works. This could include a manpower schedule and material delivery schedule;

  • Liaise with the Design Team by providing relevant information to enable them to prepare workshop drawings, details and instructions or sizes for production and site use.

  • Responsible to provide all samples for approval as required by the project and/or the specification to be submitted as required.

  • Ensure that all information is submitted to the factory to enable them to manufacture the project in accordance with the construction program.

  • Prepare project completion report highlighting points to be improved for future projects.

  • With excellent communication skills both verbal and written, organized and systematic.
