About the RoleWe are pooling for Senior IT Project Managers to lead large-scale, complex technology projects for a top technology-driven enterprise. This role demands a balance of strategic oversight and hands-on delivery, ensuring projects meet timelines, budgets, and business outcomes.

You will also help institutionalize project management standards, mentor teams, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead planning, execution, and delivery of complex IT projects.
  • Align project outcomes with business strategy, working with executives and sponsors.
  • Manage budgets, risks, schedules, and cross-functional teams.
  • Apply methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid) based on project needs.
  • Oversee 10+ team members and external vendors.
  • Contribute to enterprise project frameworks, tools, and governance.
  • Mentor junior and mid-level PMs.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years leading IT projects (medium to large-scale).
  • Experience with multiple concurrent projects.
  • Strong leadership and executive-level stakeholder management.
  • Expertise in both Waterfall and Agile approaches.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, Agile PM, or Scrum certification required.
  • Bachelor's in IT, Computer Science, or Business.
