We are looking for an enthusiastic
Senior Project Manager
who enjoys software development, sprints, budgets, time scope, project documentation and always cares for the people in the team. The senior project manager will be responsible for the whole end-to-end process of a given project.

Main responsibilities

  • Ensure smooth delivery of ServiceNow based solution to our customers following internal project methodology with agile/scrum elements.
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
  • Monitor and track progress against project plan.
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
  • Be responsible for all financials including profit and loss.
  • Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
  • Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals.
  • Report and escalate to management as needed.
  • Communicate and cooperate with team members as well as customers.
  • Be responsible for project resourcing & utilization of resources.

Your profile should look like:

  • Extensive knowledge of project management – planning, controlling, delivering. Experience with leading several international projects.
  • Experience in stakeholder management.
  • Expert knowledge in Confluence and Jira.
  • Experience with leading complex project teams, international projects with confidence.
  • Experience in working with ServiceNow development programs or similar platforms and best practices.
  • Knowledge of ITIL and Agile Methodologies.
  • Pro-active approach, independence, and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English
  • Your advantage will be if you know ServiceNow platform or other solution for digitalization and automatization processes.
